药膳产业竞争力影响因素评价指标体系研究

摘    要:药膳产业有助于发挥中医药特色优势,造福人类健康,已成为我国健康产业的重要组成部分。试图通过对药膳产业的研究,建立药膳产业竞争力影响因素评价指标体系。通过研究药膳产业竞争力,分析影响药膳产业竞争力的各个因素,找出关键因素,科学评价药膳产业竞争力,为政府决策提供科学的依据。
