| 摘 要： | 县级电大的远程开放教育普遍存在诸如教学质量难以保证、学生辍学率相对较高等问题,阻碍了远程教育的健康发展。本文从办学实际出发构建了基于县级电大的学生支持服务系统,并从信息服务、资源服务、人员服务、教学服务、情感服务等五个方面探讨了支持服务系统的实施策略,以期能为县级电大开展远程教育过程中解决所面临的问题提供一定的理论指导。

| Abstract: | Problems such as how to guarantee the teaching quality and control the student drop-out rate commonly exist in open education in county-level TV universities,which hinders the healthy growth of distance education.This paper,starting from the practice in running a school,constructs the students’learning support system based on the county-level TV universities and explores the strategies to implement support service system from five respects,namely,information service,resource service, personnel service,teaching service,and emotional service,in order to provide the county-level TV universities with theoretical directions to help solve the problems they have met in distance education. |
