| 摘 要： | 坚持先进文化的前进方向,作为“三个代表”重要思想的组成部分,是党必须长期坚持的指导思想。如何坚持和建设先进文化,坚持和建设什么样的先进文化是当前迫切需要解决的重大理论实践问题。深刻理解先进文化的科学内涵,正确把握先进文化的本质特征,是坚持和推动先进文化建设的基本前提和核心内容。本文拟从羌进文化的基本特征入手．谈谈如何坚持先进文化的前进方向以及建设什么样的先进文化。

| Abstract: | It is regarded as a component part of the important thought of the "Three Represents" to adhere to the orientation of the way forward for advanced culture and it is the guiding ideology to which the Party must adhere for a long time.It is the basic prerequisite for and the core substance of adherence to and the promotion of advanced cultural construction to fully understand the scientific connotation of advanced culture and really grasp the essential characteristics of advanced culture. |
