| 摘 要： | 解决我国经济发展中存在的许多问题和应对全球金融危机要依赖于企业技术创新.政府干预、市场结构、对知识产权保护力度及创新文化等因素对企业的技术创新决策有较大的影响.激励企业加强技术创新的策略包括;增加对企业创新的资金支持并选择扶持策略,加强知识产权保护,建立有利于企业创新的市场结核和创新文化等.
