| 摘 要： | 从1996年开展法律专业硕士学位研究生教育以来，法律硕士作为我国高等法律教育体系中的新生事物取得了长足发展．法律硕士教育的开展，一方面适应了我国社会主义市场经济和建设社会主义法治国家对高层次法律人才的需要，另一方面又给我国法学教育提出了全新的理念．法律硕士教育顺应了时代发展的需要，其教育与培养方式具有区别于传统法学教育的特点，法律硕士教育的影响将渐行渐深．

| Abstract: | Juris master education has had great development as a new thing in China higher law education system since 1996,which has met with the requirements of higher law personnel of China socialist market economy and construction of socialist country ruled by law on the one hand,and provided new theories for China law education on the other hand.Juris master education is different from traditional law education in education theory and cultivation methods.The influence of juris master education will be everlasting. |
