摘    要:改革开放以来我国农村教师政策经历了政策调整、启动改革、深化改革、城乡统筹均衡发展四个阶段,不同阶段农村教师政策有着新的调整与变革,实现了政策价值取向、教师教育理念、农村师资配置方式的转变。

Abstract:Since the reform and opening--up policy was adopted, the policy for rural teachers in China has gone through four periods: policy adjustments, initial reforms stage, reform deepening stage, and the balanced development of urban and rural areas. During the different periods, there was always an adjustment and change in the policy on rural teachers, which has helped to achieve the change in the policy values, teacher education and rural teachers' configuration.
