| 摘 要： | 高考分省划线定额录取在吸收科举取士长处之基础上逐步完善,但现实中存在着录取名额偏向城市群体、高考大省分数线居高不下,由此催生严重的高考移民现象、全国重点大学属地录取名额投放较多导致本地化倾向等严重问题。有鉴于此,应当寻求积极稳妥的改革措施与良策。

| Abstract: | Distributing quotas and implementing province-based enrollment scores have actually ab- sorbed the advantages of the Imperial Examinations and also been improved.But in the real practice, the quotas have been largely slanted in favor of the city groups,and the enrollment scores in some provinces have always been much higher,the phenomena of migrating candidates in National College Entrance Examination have been very serious,the national key universities distribute too many quotas to the places they are located,and the quota distributing has been quite localized.Proper measures should be taken so as to solve these problems in a stable way. |
