| 摘 要： | 通过多年的研究及对专家的咨询，笔者认为影响篮球竞赛的时空要素主要是由时间、场馆、海拔高度、温度和湿度等因素组成。由于赛前训练的针对性不强，异地参赛时，我国男女篮对影响竞赛的时空要素表现出一定的不适应。通过研究提出相应建议，以期为国家男女篮有针对性的训练提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | Through studying in years and interviewing with experts, the author thinks that the spatiotemporal factors are as follow: time, stadium, height above sea level, temperature, and humidity level, etc. Because lacking of training direction before matches, China's basketball teams didn't adapt the spatiotemperal factors especially in away matches. And then she proposes some suggestions in order to provide theoretical references for national basketball teams to directive train them-selves. |
