| 摘 要： | 胡适的人权思想在20世纪上半叶的人权思潮中具有重要地位。纵观其一生,胡适的人权思想经历了从倡导“健全的个人主义”、呼吁法治保障人权到主张“容忍比自由更重要”的嬗变,这一发展变化充分表明了胡适对中国社会现代转型过程中个人自由和民族解放的双重关注。

| Abstract: | HU Shi's thought of human right had an important position in the trend of thought of human right in the early twentieth century.HU Shi's thought of human right had gone through the changes from advocating "Reasorable indicidunlion" to "Tolerance is more important than freedom",which fully indicates HU's dual concern about the individual freedom and national liberation in the process of modernization of Chinese society. |
