| 摘 要： | 中国加入WTO在国内掀起了一场英语学习热,也为我国外派留学生进行联合办学提供了有利条件。本文从外派留学生与统招生的英语学习差别出发,分析了外派留学生对英语学习的特殊需求,探讨了外派留学生学习英语的基本方法。

| Abstract: | China's access to the WTO brings about a wave of English learning in China. Meanwhile, it provides us with better condition for co-operation in education especially for sending students to study abroad. From the differences between the students to study abroad and the general students, the author of this article analyses the special necessity in English of the students to study abroad and discusses some basic learning methods for them. |
