| Abstract: | Y.T.Tsur is an important president in early Tsing Hua College.He put plenty of enthusiasm into education and managed students strictly.Tsur put much reformation into practice in Tsing Hua college.The College scale and many good traditions did come into being during this period.All above lay a foundation for the rapid development of Tsing Hua College and its transition from college to university later. |
