| 摘 要： | 体育教师素质的好坏，直接影响着人才的培养和民族的振兴，体育院系在培养体育师资过程是否注重素质教育，影响着体育教师的素质。本文根据新时代的要求对体育教师应具备的素质进行粗浅的论述，并对当前体育院系在培养体育师资方面存在的一些问题，提出一系列相应的对策。
