| 摘 要： | 邓小平根据国际形势的变化,提出和平与发展是当今时代的两大主题,指出中国外交的主要目标是反对霸权主义,谋求共同发展,并赋予独立自主外交根本原则以新的内容,创造性运用外交的战略方针和策略,指导中国外交的具体实践活动,并取得一个又一个的辉煌成果.

| Abstract: | According to the changes of international situations,Deng Xiaoping proposed that peace and development were twomain topics of present times, the major objective of Chiesediplomacy was to oppose hegemonism, to strive for mutualdevelopment; he entrusted new contents to the cardinaldiplomatic principle of maintaining independence and keepingthe initiative, and applied the strategic diplomatic policiesand tactics to guiding the specific practice of Chinesediplomacy, and achieved brilliant successes one after another. |
