试论课改中专家与教师的合作

摘    要:专家与教师的合作是课程改革顺利实施的关键.在课程改革过程中,由于专家的主导地位和不同专家理念上的不一致,以及教师对稳定生活的追求和所面临的竞争压力等原因使得专家与教师之间难以展开积极有效的合作.本文提出了专家与教师的两种合作策略,即根据"对话文化行动理论",构建专家与教师的合作文化;根据课程改革的规律,重新审视专家与教师的合作关系.
