| 摘 要： | 创新是中华民族进步的灵魂。高等教育既是知识创新的主阵地,又是培养各种类型高素质创新人才的摇篮。根据新世纪人才结构和素质教育理论及高等体育教育功能的特性,本文探讨了地方性高校体育院系在体操教学中如何分析并克服不利于学生创新能力培养的观念、措施、手段和环境等因素,来培养学生的创新能力。
