高层管理者的信任和支持对职业兴趣与领导绩效之间关系的影响

摘    要:以中层领导者为研究对象,利用SPSS统计软件进行多元层次回归分析,研究高层管理者的信任和支持对领导者职业兴趣与领导绩效之间关系的影响.结果发现,高层管理者的信任和支持,时艺术取向、习俗取向、经营取向与领导绩效之间的关系有调节作用.在高层管理者的信任和支持高的情况下,艺术取向和经营取向与领导绩效显著正相关;在高层管理者的信任和支持低的情况下,习俗取向与领导绩效显著正相关.
