| 摘 要： | 国家助学贷款是国家利用金融手段支持高等教育深化改革,促进我国教育事业更快更好发展的一个具体措施,也是解决困难学生上学难问题的根本措施。但由于学生信用意识淡薄,学生贷款和个人消费中个人信用制度建立不完善,导致银行担心形成呆坏账,不敢全力推进助学贷款业务,使得国家助学贷款发展缓慢。在新的历史时期,只有建立和完善符合我国国情的大学生个人信用制度,强化“诚信”教育,倡导“诚信”风气,才能促进国家助学贷款事业的篷勃发展。

| Abstract: | National Loan to give financial aid to students is not only a concrete measure of our country to support the higher education reform by financial means and put our country's education into more rapid and better development,but also a basic measure to help students with financial difficulties.But because students have very little sense of credit standing and their system of personal credit standing is incomplete with students'loan and personal consumption,banks dare not go all out to promote the business of students'loans,being afraid of the results of bad or unfavorable loans,which has slowed down its development.In this new historical era,only by establishing and furnishing university students personal credit standing system,strengthening "faith" education,and calling for "faith" atmosphere,will we see the flourishing and prosperity of National Loan to give financial aid to students. |
