| 摘 要： | 伴随经济的发展、时代的变迁，我国民事审级制度近几年面临严重危机，存在着诸多缺陷，主要表现在：四级法院分工不明，导致各审级功能混淆；两审终审制过于僵化，导致诉讼成本加大；再审程序与两审终审制存在冲突。针对这些缺陷，提出几点建设性意见。

| Abstract: | With the development of economy,Chinese civil trial class system is confronted with following severe crisis and deficiency:Division of labor is ambiguous among four-class courts,which leads to confusion of every function;rigid two-final trail system results in higher court costs;confliction exists between retrial procedure and two-final trial system.A few constructive suggestions are put forward according to above aspects. |
