| 摘 要： | 笔者认为整个危机的演变过程与危机管理的过程一直伴随着危机信息流,通过对危机信息流的掌控--如事先的采集与监控、事中的有效分析,以及处理过程中的定向扩散等,可以对危机进行有效管理.文章针对危机管理的事前管理、事中管理和事后管理,挖掘出了危机管理中的信息流和信息需求,并提出了危机管理的信息流控制方法.
