| Abstract: | As twelfth five - year - plan goes on, the reform of state - owned enterprises con- tinues to improve and the market competition is heating up between industries and enterprises, Conse- quently, it is a matter of cardinal significance to improve diathesis of the female employees in the state -owned enterprises, channel them initiatively merge into company work in all fields and become im- portant part of manufacturing development. |
