| 摘 要： | 目的/意义]梳理美国国家安全情报工作的发展历程,分析其走向情报强国的发展路径,为我国发展国家安全情报工作提供借鉴。方法/过程]从梳理美国情报工作的发展历史入手,总结美国建设情报强国的基本规律,吸纳其在情报建设方面的基本经验。结果/结论]建设情报强国,应考虑战争需求、战略环境、制度创新、情报文化等因素对国家安全情报工作发展的影响,形成发展国家安全情报工作的基本路径,力争少走弯路,实现情报工作的跨越式发展。

| Abstract: | Purpose/Significance]The thesis analyzes the American path to an intelligence power through a review of its development in national security intelligence,in order to provide guidance for intelligence work in China.Method/Process]Looking back the evolving history of American intelligence,the thesis sums up the basic rules in the whole process of constructing an intelligence power in the U.S.to learn from its experience.Result/Conclusion]To construct an intelligence power,we need to know how the factors such as war requirements,strategic environment,systematic innovation and intelligence culture will influence the national security intelligence,so as to form a fundamental path for development that will help save us from unnecessary twists and turns and achieve a leapfrog development in the intelligence cause. |
