贵州中小企业核心竞争力的培育

摘    要:贵州中小企业是贵州经济社会中的一支重要力量,贵州中小企业由于多种原因,普遍缺乏核心竞争力。加快贵州中小企业核心竞争力的培育:一要科学地制定培育核心竞争力的战略规划,创新管理;二要努力培育核心技术能力和创新能力,积极实施品牌战略;三要建立合理的治理结构和有效的管理机制;四要重视企业文化建设,创新企业文化,构建学习型企业;五要加强政府的扶持与引导,充分发挥服务职能。

Abstract:Small and medium-sized enterprises in Guizhou are an important force in the economic society in the province.But due to many factors,they commonly lack the key competitive power.In order to accelerate the cultivation of their key competitive power,we are demanded(1) to make a scientific strategic program and an innovation management,(2) to cultivate the key technological and innovating power,and to implement a brand strategy,(3) to set up a rational administrative pattern and an effective management mechanism,(4) to attach importance to the construction of a culture of the enterprises so as to innovate it and form learningoriented enterprises.Lastly the government should strengthen its support and guidance to such enterprises and bring its function of service into full play.
