| 摘 要： | 我国《政府信息公开条例》将公共图书馆纳入政府信息公开服务体系已近一年,但我国公共图书馆开展政府信息公开服务普及程度不高、区域分布不平衡且服务水平较低、宣传不到位导致公众知晓率低,因此应通过争取政府支持、深化服务内容、加强宣传等途径改变现状。

| Abstract: | Public libraries in China have been incorporated in the government information service system for almost a year,yet the popularization of the service offered by the libraries is still at a low level,unbalanced in different regions,varied in the quality of the service,and narrowly known to the public due to poor publicity,therefore such situation should be changed by such means as gaining more support from the government,enrich the service,and reinforce the publicity endeavor. |
