| 摘 要： | 苏霍姆林斯基的人道主义教育思想不仅在历史上产生了深远影响,对现代教育也同样具有指导价值。高职教师应立足职业教育现状,结合高职生身心特点,学习苏霍姆林斯基看待学生的全新眼光、对学生的爱以及他不断自我充实的精神和＂以个性影响个性＂的教育方法,从而让每个高职生得到全新的发展。
