| 摘 要： | 以动机为视角分析公选课教学及其管理,存在的问题主要有三：教师缺乏成就动机,形成＂教学倦怠＂;学生缺乏学习动机,形成＂学习倦怠＂;工作人员缺乏成就动机,形成＂工作倦怠＂。缓解、消除各方面的倦怠,提高公选课教学与管理质量,应优化公选课课程结构,整合公选课课程内容,改革教学方式,建立教师与学生参与公选课管理与决策机制,加强选课指导,建立教学管理队伍专业化制度。也就是要通过提高教师、学生及教学管理人员的动机激起水平,促进公选课教学管理质量不断提高,发挥其在实现教育理想中应有的作用。

| Abstract: | The purpose of offering elective courses is to improve the comprehensive qualities of college students.However,for lack of motivation,the three concerned parties with elective courses——teachers,students and supporting staff——all feel different kinds of ＂fatigue＂.A series of measures are suggested to improve the effect of elective courses so as to achieve the ultimate goal in setting these courses. |
