| 摘 要： | 人才问题历来被政治家、思想家所重视。人才思想是孔子政治思想体系的重要组成部分。孔子提出了选拔人才要以德才兼备作为标准，同时他也提出“才难”的观点。孔子的人才主张很全面，基本上形成了我国古代最早的任人唯贤的人才学思想体系，同时也是社会大变革在孔子思想上的反映。孔子“举贤才”思想奠定了我国古代任人唯贤政治思想的基础。

| Abstract: | The issue of talent is emphasized by politicians and thinkers.The talent thought was regarded as the important part of Confucian political system. Confucius insisted that the virtue and the ability were the criteria when selecting talent people. At the same time he also put forword that it was difficult to find the talent people. Confucian thought was very abundant. As far as these tatics be concerned, the Confucian thought was a reflect of the turbulent social reform. In the meantime,these tatics were the foundation of the thought about appointing virtuous people. |
