| 摘 要： | 学习型组织建设是终身教育体系的基础支撑,也是学习型社会建设的重要组成部分。相对于城市学习型组织建设的快速发展态势,我国农村基层学习型组织建设的短板现象尤为突出。加快推进农村基层学习型组织建设需要准确把握其新内涵和新功能,理性审视其发展困境,并紧扣新时期“三农”实际和农村居民学习需求,积极争取多方关注、多元参与,精准实施科学合理的创建举措和管理举措,才能有效化解农村基层学习型组织发展迟缓、居民参与率不高等现实难题。

| Abstract: | The construction of learning organization is not only the basic support of lifelong education system,but also an important part of the construction of learning society.Compared with the rapid development of urban learning organization construction,the short board phenomenon of rural learning organization construction is particularly prominent.To speed up the construction of rural grass roots learning organizations,we need to accurately grasp its new connotation and new functions,rationally examine its development dilemma,closely follow the reality of"agriculture,rural areas and farmers"and the learning needs of rural residents in the new period,actively strive for multi-party attention and multi participation,and accurately implement scientific and reasonable creation and management measures,so as to effectively resolve the slow development and living problems of rural grass roots learning organizations The participation rate of the people is not high. |
