| 摘 要： | 走产教融合之路培育新型职业农民,既是新型职业农民培育的跨界性特征所要求,又是新型职业农民培育内在规律的反映,更是“三产融合”对高素质职业农民培育诉求的必然选择。然而,产教融合培育新型职业农民遭遇的实然困境不容小觑,主要是:培育方案“学院化”,对企业和农民需求缺乏应有回应;培育主体单一化,产业界缺乏应有话语权;政策体系低效化,缺乏对农企应有的规制和激励。为此,必须依据产教融合理念和规律,建构新型职业农民培育新型态:一要明晰培育主体,确立产教双主体地位,凝聚新型职业农民培育心力;二要重构培育模式,构建产教融合办学共同体,形成新型职业农民培育合力;三要创新培育机制,建立多型化办学体制,激发新型职业农民培育活力;四要科学配置培育政策,反映企业利益之关注,提升新型职业农民培育效力。

Reconstruction of Cultivation Pattern of New Vocational Peasants from the Perspective of Industry Education Integration |

| Abstract: | Taking the road of integration of industry and education to cultivate new vocational peasants is not only required by the cross-border characteristics of the cultivation of new vocational peasants,but also the reflection of the internal law of the cultivation of new vocational peasants,and also the inevitable choice of the"three industry integration"for the cultivation of high-quality vocational farmers.However,the real difficulties encountered by the integration of industry and education in the cultivation of new vocational peasants can not be underestimated.The main problems are that the cultivation scheme is"academic",which lacks due response to the needs of enterprises and farmers;the cultivation subject is single,and the industry lacks due discourse power;the policy system is inefficient,and the agricultural enterprises lack due regulation and incentive.Therefore,we must construct a new form of cultivating new vocational peasants according to the concept and law of industry education integration:first,we should clarify the cultivation subject,establish the dual subject status of industry education,and pool the cultivation efforts of new vocational peasants;second,we should reconstruct the cultivation mode,build a community of industry education integration,and form a joint force of cultivating new vocational peasants;third,we should innovate the cultivation mechanism,and establish a diversified school running system,Fourth,we should scientifically allocate the cultivation policy,reflect the concern of enterprise interests,and enhance the cultivation effectiveness of new vocational peasants. |
