| 摘 要： | 近年来，随着全球信息化进程的推进，中央和各级政府对软件产业的在大力扶持，使得我国软件产业发展速度迅猛。但是我国的软件企业仍处在一个较为初级的发展阶段，软件企业在发展过程中仍存在着种种的问题与障碍。本文通过对陕西省129家软件企业的详细调查得到的数据，分析了软件企业目前的结构现状、形成原因等，为对我国软件产业发展的进一步研究提供了基础。

| Abstract: | With rapid growth of global IT industry,and supported by the central and local governments,China' s software industry develops rapidly.Nevertheless,it still stands at an elementary stage of growth.There are diffi-culties and obstacles existing on its way of development.Based on the data obtained from a detailed investigation of129software enterprises in Shaanxi province,the paper analyzes the sta tus of financing structure of softwa re en-terprises and the causes of their formation,and provides a basis for more studies on software industry in Chin a. |
