| 摘 要： | 通过介绍我国中外合作办学发展的现状、优势，同时指出了办学过程中存在的一些问题，并就这些问题提出了增强依法办学和维护教育主权的意识、提高生源素质、引进优质教育资源、外籍教师的管理等对策，旨在对提高办学质量有所裨益。

| Abstract: | While analyzing the current situation and advantages of Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools,this thesis points out the flaws existing now and puts forward the solutions such as exercising administration according to law and promoting the students quality,high-quality foreign educational resources being introduced,and managing foreign teachers. |
