| 摘 要： | 针对平顶山石龙区范围内构造复杂、煤层数多、生产矿井多的特点,分析因采矿导致地面上房屋产生破坏的原因,揭示了造成地面上建筑物破坏的主要原因除了采矿塌陷外,矿井排水也是一个重要原因,并对石龙区房屋损害鉴定方法进行了总结。

| Abstract: | Considering the Shilong area in Pingdingshan both complex in structure and great in numbers of coal seams and producing mines, this article analyzes the reasons for the destruction of houses by coal mining, points out that, besides mining subsides, underground shaft drainage is another important factor, and finally concludes with a summary of appraisal methods of the houses destruction in the area. |
