| 摘 要： | 我国的信托业在历经近九十年的发展后，尤其是2001年后相关法律法规的出台，获得了新的发展机遇。但同时，也面临着商业银行、证券公司、基金管理公司等机构的激烈竞争。因此，为更好的促进我国信托业快速、健康可持续发展，对信托公司的经营效率进行分析具有重要意义。以信托投资行业为研究对象，利用DEA模型和Malmquist生产效率指数对我国信托投资公司的生产效率作出评价。

| Abstract: | In China, trust industry got its new chance to develop much better after the laws published in 2001. However, the trust companies are still facing some challenges which come from other entries. This thesis studies trust industry as the research object, with the application of DEA model and Malmquist index, and finally finds out the factor which has the most effect on the operating efficiency. |
