| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料、调查访问等方法对东北三省普通高校冬季公共体育课程现状进行调研，发现学生的健康意识及在中小学积累的冰雪项目的运动技能是其产生体育运动兴趣的关键，对冰雪项目的认识不够是部分学生不喜欢、甚至是畏惧冰雪体育课程的主要原因；大多数体育教师对开设冰雪体育课持肯定态度；高校冬季体育场地、器材条件制约了冰雪体育教学的开展。提出应弘扬冬季体育运动文化，加强冬季体育课程建设，冰雪项目与非冰雪项目课程同时开设，加大冬季体育课程资金的投入等措施改善普通高校冬季公共体育课程，提高冬季体育教学质量。

| Abstract: | With the methods of documentary information and investigation,the article has a research of current status on the public winter sports curriculum in universities in the three provinces of northeast China.It finds out the main causation that the undergraduates' health consciousness and the skill of ice-snow sports events are the key resulting their sports interest,lacking understand on ice-snow sports events results in some undergraduates' disinclination,even being afraid of the ice-snow sports curriculum.It also finds out most sports teachers agree to work in the ice-snow sports curriculum,but the conditions of equipment and field restrict the development of ice-snow sports teaching.It suggests to carry forward the winter sports culture,enhance the development of winter sports curriculum with non-winter ones together,increase the investment on the winter sports curriculum to improve the public sports teaching effect in universities. |
