| 摘 要： | 返程投资作为我国利用外资过程中的一种特殊现象,近年来规模逐渐上升,但其中非融资性返程投资占比不断升高,其所带来的负面影响日渐显现。采取对外资企业实行国民化待遇,加强对直接投资中部分指标的监控和加强反洗钱工作,将有效地控制非融资性返程投资行为。

| Abstract: | Recently,return investment,as one of the special phenomena for clients to use foreign capitals,has made great stride.However,the percentage of non-financial return investment is rising rapid- ly,and its negative impacts on economy have called our attention and consideration.Giving foreign-capital company national treatment,strengthening the monitoring of part index of direct investment and the curbing of money laundering will be effectively control the inflow of non-financial return investment. |
