| 摘 要： | 通过文献研究及对第7届大运会篮球比赛的调研,以全国12所重点办高水平篮球队的高校为研究对象,调查、分析了目前我国高校高水平篮球队的现状,并提出了新的管理和发展模式。研究表明,影响高校办好高水平篮球队的因素有思想观念、资金短缺、生源、学习与训练的矛盾、教练员水平、管理体制、科研水平等,导致高校高水平篮球运动经过十余年的发展仍没有新的突破。因此,高校高水平运动队必须重视后备力量的培养,规范招生制度,改革竞赛体制,加强教练员的岗位培训工作,提高比赛质量。

| Abstract: | By the methods of literature consultation and investigation of the basketball matches in the Chinese 6th University Games,the present situation of the high-level basketball teams in these colleges and universities were investigated and analyzed.This paper introduces a new administration and developing model.It is indicated that factors influencing the formation of high-level basketball teams in colleges and universities are thinking and concept,the fund deficit,source of students,level of coaches,administration system,system of competition, cultivation model and scientific research level,etc.All these factors have led to the fact that for more than ten years there has not been any new break-through in the cultivation of qualified personnel in basketball teams of colleges and universities.Therefore,the high-level athletic teams of colleges and universities should pay great attention to the cultivation of reserve force,standardization of the enrollment system,reform of competition system,reinforcement of the on-the-job training of coaches and improving the quality of competition. |
