| 摘 要： | 我国成年男子中、长距离速滑运动员在世界比赛中，多年与奖牌无缘，直接原因是运动员比赛时后程降速较大。虽然问题出在成年，但根源却在儿少时期，后程降速的根本原因是我国速滑少年竞赛制度制定的不合理、不公平和不科学，起到了错误的引导作用。多年来实行单一的冰上速度比赛，没有进行冰陆结合、全面发展的身体素质比赛，而且把专业队代训、省冰雪分校和业余体校从员统编在一个组比赛，引发出很多问题。主要是对儿少运动员的训练过于急于求成，过早进行专业化、成人化训练，违背了从小培养、多年系统训练、打好基础、积极提高的训练原则，违背了运动员儿少时期的生理发育自然规律及特点，到成年时缺失了可持续发展的潜力。必须以科学发展观为指导，对我国速滑少年竞赛制度进行改革，从而培养出合格的速滑后备人才。

| Abstract: | Chinese adult men, long distance speed skating in the world cup, over the years and a medal, is the direct cause of athletes with late deceleration. The problem in adulthood, roots are in adolescent period, late deceleration is the fundamental reason of Chinese speed skating juvenile competition regulations unrea- sonable, unfair and not science, play the guiding role of the error. Over the years is the single ice speed competition, did not execute ice land, all - round development of the combination of physical quality compe- tition, and the professional team for training, winter and amateur players compiled in a group match, cau- sing a lot of problems. Mainly on the characteristics of athletes＇training too be anxious for success, prema- ture specialization, adult training, contrary to cultivate, years of training, to lay a good foundation, and ac- tively improve the training principle, contrary to the athletes period of physiological development of natural law and characteristics of adult, missing the potential of sustainable development. Must be guided by the sci- entific outlook on development, to our country the speed skating juvenile competition system reform, so as to cultivate qualified talents for the speed skating. |
