| 摘 要： | 竞技体育高水平冰雪项目运动队的科学化管理直接影响着运动队的训练效果和竞技水平的发挥。对竞技体育高水平冰雪项目运动队的科学化管理进行研究，找出竞技体育高水平冰雪项目运动队的管理工作存在管理对象的特殊性，管理工作的艰苦性和管理责任的多重性等特点；并针对特点提出重视管理工作的重要性，树立管理意识，加强管理者自身建设，提高管理工作的能力和水平，提升运动员综合素养，突出运动员主体地位等竞技体育高水平冰雪项目运动队科学化管理的实施途径，旨在有的放矢地采取措施，有效实施竞技体育高水平冰雪项目运动队的科学化管理，为取得更加优异的运动成绩提供保证。

| Abstract: | Scientific management of high - level competitive ice - snow sports team directly influences the training effect and athletic exertion. The paper has a research on it and finds out its characteristics such as the speciality of managed objects, hardships of management work and multiplicity of management responsibil- ity. Aiming at these characteristics, it suggests thinking more the importance of management work, establis- hing the management consciousness, enhancing managers owned development, improving their ability and quality, heightening the athletes＇general quality, highlighting the athletes＇core status. The purpose is to take corresponding measures to implement the scientific management of high - level competitive ice - snow sports team, which can ensure getting better athletic performance. |
