| 摘 要： | 本文从农业生态经济系统和土地资源二个层次的分析入手,揭示了贫困山区县农业生态经济系统功能退化和土地资源利用不合理等普遍性问题。确立了以重建良性农业生态经济系统为总目标的土地利用结构调整基本方向,对用地矛盾众多的贫困山区县,运用多目标规划方法建立了土地利用结构调整模型,为贫困山区县级土地利用结构调整提供了一种可借鉴的思路和方法。

| Abstract: | Starting with the analysis of eco-economic system and land resources, some common existing problems such as the degradation of the function of agricultural eco-economic system and the irrational use of land resources in poor mountainous counties are brought to light.the basic principle of the adjustment of land use stru-cture is founded as taking the reconstruction of reational agriculture eco-economic system as the general objective; the model of the adjustment of land use structure is founded for poor mountainous counties with various land use problems by the use of multi-objective planning,thus a referencible idea is given for the adjustment of land use structure in county level in poor mountainous counties |
