| 摘 要： | 新中国确立了独立自主的外交政策。在毛泽东时代，独立自主的外交政策在不同的时期有不同的内容，但基本上都是从中国本身的综合国力和国际环境的实际出发，在特定的历史时期做出的正确选择，都取得了巨大的成就。独立自主的外交政策在实践和发展的过程中，体现出解放思想、实事求是的精神。在外交政策上没有一成不变的程式，制订外交战略的重要目标应该是寻求和实现国家利益的最大化。

| Abstract: | New China established her independent foreign policy.In Mao Zedong era,independent foreign policy had different content in different periods.However,it was always the right choice in special historical periods and achieved great achievement as a result of its being established according to China's comprehensive national power and international surroundings.Spirits of emancipation of the mind and seeking truth from facts were embodied in the practice and development of independent foreign policy.Foreign policy is never immutable.Everything should change accordingly if international situation changes.The most important objective of establishing foreign policy is to seek and realize the maximumization of national interests. |
