| 摘 要： | 伴随着网络技术日新月异的发展，互联网已成为现代生活不可缺少的重要组成部分，带来了巨大的社会和经济效益．网络技术在推动社会进步的同时，网络犯罪现象也开始出现并猖獗起来，它不仅给受害者造成巨大的经济损失，而且扰乱社会的经济秩序，对各国的国家安全，社会文化构成威胁．剖析了网络犯罪的概念，分析其特点以便准确的把握网络犯罪，从而为有效的打击预防网络犯罪提供便利．
