| 摘 要： | 互联网给人们带来文明进步的同时，也带来相当的负面效应，使网络道德面临严峻挑战。加强网德建设是青少年健康成长的重要保证，网络道德教育势在必行。启动网络道德教育工程，主渠道应该是大、中、小学各级学校教育。

| Abstract: | Though the Internet makes a great progress in human beings' civilization, it also brings side-effects which has internet ethics facing a critical challenge. Strenthening the building-up of Internet can ensure that the adolescents grow up healthily; therefore, the education of internet ethics is under the circumstances. The main way to implement internet ethics education project should be the school education in each level: primary schools, middle schools and colleges or universities. |
