| Abstract: | The problems such as whether poetry is translatable and how to translate poetry has long been arguing in the translation field of our country and no agreement has been reached so far .In the article ,the authors insist on the fact that poetry is translatable .In the process of translating poetry, we advocate the principle that poets translate poetry and they should translate poems into poems ,and that the poetic form of the translation can be used freely according to the characteristics of the target language, but the spirit of the original poem can not be lost . |
