| 摘 要： | 本文通过对梅县人民医院近5年来收治的98例渗出性胸膜炎患者的临床病例观察,发现71.4％患者是由结核性所致,而21.4％患者则是由癌症所引起的恶性胸水,化脓性胸膜炎仅占4.1％,就此98例患者临床症状体征、辅助检查结果及治疗效果来分析渗出性胸膜炎诊断及治疗措施。

| Abstract: | Through anlysing clinicaly 98 cases of exudative pleurisy, this paper shows that 71.4 percent patients are causedby tuberculosis, and 21. 4 percent patients are caused malignant pleural effusion by cancer, just 4.1 percents are fester pleurisy,thus can get a result of diagnosing and treating exudative pleurisy. |
