| 摘 要： | 目前,大学生规则意识缺失现象日益严峻,探寻培育大学生规则意识的有效方法已成为高校人才培养面临的重要课题。要培养大学生的规则意识,就要把规则意识教育与科学教育结合起来,实行全程教育;家庭教育和学校教育结合起来,实行全员教育;理论教育和实践指引结合起来,实行全方位教育;正面示范和反面督导结合起来,实行双向教育;维权意识、责任意识和规则意识教育结合起来,实现权责意识均衡;规则意识教育与做人教育结合起来,实行全才教育。此外,学校还要营造遵守规则的法制教育环境,使学生的规则意识在潜移默化中得到培育。
