| 摘 要： | 随着大国围绕油气资源和通道竞争的日益激烈,世界油气地缘竞争也逐渐呈现出海陆角逐均势发展、供求关系多元化和油气合作区域化的新趋势.文章分析了中国石油供应安全面临的主要地缘政治风险.提出中国在拓展海外油气供应渠道的过程中,应把握"有限扩张"原则,在全球的能源竞争格局和区域能源竞合大势中"避风就势.联合抗衡".这些策略将有助于中国在世界油气地缘封锁中成功突围和实现油气供应多元化.

| Abstract: | With the competitions among great power over energy resource and passages have been getting remarkably intense, world oil and natural gas geopolitical competition gradually presents new characteristics, such as sea-land equipollence, supply-demand diversification and oil energy cooperation regionalization. This paper analyses major geopolitical risks of Chinese oil and gas supply security. A principle of finite-extension is suggested in the process of extending oversea oil and gas supply for china and the strategies of Avoiding Conflicts and Utilizing Advantages and Coping with jointly are available in global and regional energy competition. These measures are helpful for China to breakthrough the world oil and gas geopolitical blockade and to achieve energy supply diversification. |
