| 摘 要： | 以成本的本质属性为基础,从创新过程的角度界定了技术创新成本的构成.同时,应用系统动力学原理,分析了影响技术创新成本的内外部因素,对模型目标、边界进行界定.模型将技术创新成本视为创新周期的函数,对技术创新成本管理系统的2个主要反馈环:外部资源市场反馈环和内部创新过程反馈环的反馈机理进行了分析,最后提出设立成本上限、跟踪审计等控制创新成本的稳定性的策略.
