| 摘 要： | 随着经济发展和产业调整,我国高职教育越来越成为影响经济社会发展的重要因素。文章重新分析和定位我国高职教育,借鉴其他国家高职教育的经验,并结合自身实际情况,探索以“动态模块式课程体系”为核心的高职人才培养模式。从该体系构建的思路、原则、方法、需注意的问题等方面,探讨运用ADDIE模型开发课程模块的可行方案,对高职教育人才培养模式的创新进行大胆尝试。
