| 摘 要： | 科学的高等职业教育人才培养模式的构建是实现专业人才培养目标的基础和前提。高职院校应该依据高职教育的规律,结合各专业的特点,构建“以就业为导向、以能力为本位”的专业特色突出的人才培养模式。在金融保险专业构建“开发二元式”人才培养模式,不失为一种积极的探索和尝试。
