摘    要:以国内制造企业为研究对象对内部组织整合与新产品开发绩效之间的关系进行了实证研究,并考察了产品创新程度的调节作用。研究结果表明,对于国内制造企业而言,跨职能信息分享与跨职能共同参与对新产品开发绩效都有正向影响,而跨职能关系协调对新产品开发绩效的影响不显著。产品创新程度对跨职能信息分享、关系协调、共同参与及新产品开发绩效之间的关系具有正向调节作用。

Abstract:This paper conducts an empirical study on the impact of internal organizational integration on new product development performance based on China's manufacturing enterprises.The results show that cross-functional information sharing and participation have positive impacts on the new product development performance,cross-functional coordination has little impact on the new product development performance and product innovativeness has positive moderating effect on the relationship between cross-functional information sharing,coordination and participation and the new product development performance.
