| 摘 要： | 从舞蹈啦啦队运动的项目特征出发，运用文献资料、问卷调查及专家访谈等研究方法，对影响舞蹈啦啦队运动竞技能力的主导因素进行系统的研究，研究结果表明：影响舞蹈啦啦队运动竞技能力主要有体能因素、技术因素、艺术表现力因素、音乐因素。旨在提高对舞蹈啦啦队运动专项本质特征和训练规律的认识，从而促进我国舞蹈啦啦队运动整体水平的提高。

| Abstract: | The paper research on the main characteristic of athletes ability of cheerleading by using literature,investigate and experts interview.The results shows that the main influence factors to cheerleading is fitness,technology,artistic expression and music factors.The purpose of this paper is focus on the main athletic ability of cheerleading in order to promote to learn the essential characteristics and training rules and increase the overall level of cheerleading in China. |
